A BOMA Dallas member since early 1990, Bill has proven to be a dedicated and committed member of the association and actively involved in the BOMA Dallas Government Affairs Committee since 1993. Even though BOMA Dallas has strict committee term limits, Bill’s knowledge is so extensive, and his work is so effective, that the committee has retained him as a consultant. In this role, Bill attends all committee meetings and serves as a representative on the BOMA Dallas PAC Board. He is also the leader of the committee’s codes outreach program.
Bill’s leadership skills are demonstrated through his position at Peloton Commercial Real Estate, where he serves as senior vice president, regional director of property management and director of sustainability. His experience also includes more than 12 years at Stream Realty Partners and 10 years at Trammel Crow Company, all in a leadership capacity. And prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Bill was a lieutenant in the United States Navy.
Bill is known as a leader and a mentor within BOMA Dallas. His colleagues view him as approachable, knowledgeable and willing to help when needed. When BOMA Dallas launched Building Leaders, a leadership/mentor program for young professionals, Bill was immediately selected as both a mentor for one of our participants and an instructor for one of the classes.
Bill’s leadership is also shown through his election as a BOMA Fellow. This is no small achievement as the program specifically recognizes and honors members for “exemplary and sustained contributions to the industry, the profession, the community and BOMA at all levels.” As a BOMA Fellow, Bill will continue to serve the real estate industry.
